Frequently asked questions
Whenever you are ready is a good time, and early is welcome too. Some families like to hear about a litter before it arrives, so joining Puppy Updates is a simple way to hear first when puppies are expected. There is no obligation.
The best way to reach us is through the contact form on this page. You can also call or text us directly, or reach out via Facebook or Instagram. We typically respond within 4 business hours.
Yes! We welcome visits by appointment. Once you've expressed interest and we've had a chance to connect, we'll schedule a time for you to meet the puppies and parents in person.
Your deposit is fully refundable within a 48-hour window. You can also transfer it to reserve a different puppy or an upcoming litter.
When you join the waitlist, you'll be notified as soon as a new litter is planned or available. Members who leave a deposit receive priority consideration for suitable future matches; placement still depends on availability and fit.
